All orders are shipped Monday - Friday via UPS, excluding holidays. Orders received before 12 noon EST will be processed the same day.

All orders placed Monday - Friday after 12 PM eastern time will be processed following business day. Please note there are no weekend deliveries with UPS ground services.

Once your credit card is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email. Once processed you will receive your order within 3-7 business days.

We are unable to ship to PO Box and military addresses.

Bonbibi is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.

Bonbibi is not responsible for any packages lost or mislaid in transit.

International orders are final sale and non returnable.

RETURNS ARE FREE!

Due to the current situation there may be unavoidable delays but rest assured we will get your delivery to you as soon as we possibly can!

We have extended our return period to 45 days.

If you are not completely satisfied with your Bonbibi online purchase, you may send it back to us for an exchange or refund. All merchandise returned must be unworn, unwashed, with price tags intact. Please return all original packaging.

Exchanges/Refunds are processed as soon as they are received at the warehouse. You will receive a confirmation email when your exchanges/credits are processed.

Please use our free return shipping label. We can't refund any other shipping costs.

We reserve the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

Returns will be credited to the original credit card account used for purchase
